Slimming World Extra Class

Slimming World in Ebbw Vale runs every Wednesday in the All Saints Catholic Church, Tredegar Rd, Ebbw Vale. The class has been fantastic help, and has grown in numbers from 12 when Rachel Jones, Slimming World leader, took over in September 2007, to an amazing 87 members signing in this week!! As a result, Rachel is offering an extra session to her members, both new and existing, and will have to change the time of the existing session, to accommodate the new extra session! So, from Wednesday 30th April 2008, the class times will change to 4:45 - 6pm for the first session, and 6:15 PM to 7:30 for the second session. All members are welcome to attend either session, whenever it suits them. The class has had an amazing few months - and has actually managed to lose a staggering 1718.5lbs since September - that is 122 stone 10.5lb - around 10 people!!!! The health benefits have been amazing too.
