The new term of yoga classes commence on Monday September 8th. Weekly classes of Hatha yoga, Pranayama (breathing) and relaxation held every Monday 7.00 – 8.30pm and Wednesday 6.30 – 8.00pm also a morning class on Thursdays from 10.00 – 11.30am. All abilities welcome. Just bring a sticky mat and blanket
